iOS 10 has rendered this app useless. Hope theres an update soon

I have been using Daily Diary for a year and I am very pleased with the app. This morning I did the latest update from Apple. When I attempt to make and entry into Daily Diary it kicks me out.

I upgraded to iOS 10 and ever since, the diary does not work. It crashes every single time upon opening it. The appa creator has a website but no contact information on it. I am seriously considering asking Apple for a refund, since this app, one I paid for, no longer works.

Easy and simple to use. Just what I wanted. Until iOS 10. Now it crashes every time I try to make an entry or edit one. Contact with the developers was useless. I keep waiting for a fix, like has happened with some other apps, but nothing yet. Very disappointed.

I havent been able to use it since I bought it. I start typing and it crashes! Total waste of money

The diary keeps crashing. Its hard to edit because it keeps crashing. I wish I hadnt bought it.

I have an iPhone 6 with iOS 10. The diary has begun to crash. The link for app support yields an error message. With no other option to redeem this app, I rate it one star and I will use another diary app. I do not know why but most of the ratings that are visible are from three or four years ago…

Please please please fix. I have. Even chronicling raising my daughter and cant enter new posts because it crashes after opening a new entry. It has worked flawlessly up to this point but the stability of three years of entry is troublesome. I worry about all of the entries going away.

Needs an update and no tech support

Cannot put spaces in my sentences anymore or the app closes.

Have had this app for all of 5 minutes and its crashed 4 times.

Cant type more then three words with out the app crashing. Very disappointed.

This app crashes as soon as I attempt to type. I would like my $1.99 back please.

I love this diary app so much, It is the only one I use because I could not find something durable and simple like this one. The only let down is: since I updated my OS, the app keeps crashing every time I type numbers or symbols. It is so frustrating to write something and then out of sudden it crashes and its not saved yet. Please update this app ASAP.

This app is very good (5 stars) when it works and I have been using it for some time. However, it does not work in iOS 10. It is useless for that. It needs to be updated!!! Until that time I have to rate it as one star. If it is updated then it will go back to five stars.

Before tonight, I would have given this app 5 stars. Ive relied on this app for more than a year to keep track of important things every day. Tonight, I updated my IOS to the new version 10.0.2, and now the app crashes every time I start typing an entry. Help! I tried to go to app support, but the web page that came up says it no longer exists!

Worked fine the first time using it then it started to kick me off while Im writing. It totally throws you out of the app and I request an answer to this problem three times and no answer. Save your money. Get something else. The owners of this app dont care about customers from my experience.

I see that you are now the The Diary instead of Daily Diary and opened the app from App Store to find the same crashing issue. Im afraid that if I delete Daily Diary and download The Diary that I will lose all my entries.

I bought this app a few years ago and Ive always used it. However, ever since I updated to IOS 10, every time I type a single word, it crashes. I would love it if this app stopped crashing so I can go back to enjoying its uses.
