The Diary (Journal/Diary) App Reviews

I was looking for a simple tool to record my daily events. Not a calendar, not a contacts manager not picture album. A diary. I saw many other apps with great looking, but plenty of extra features while not that efficient nor simple in their diary role. This one is basic, but fully meets my expectation. It is clear, easy to use, landscape compatible (critical for typing quickly) and with easy to read fonts. It gets the keyword search features many miss (not only in the title). Improvement hints ? Maybe customizable colors or some templates to change this old looking yellow/red one. Maybe icons or tags to affect to each day to simplify sorting or searching (ie. days I was on vacation, days I was out to restaurant...) Eventually, the possibility to attach picture(s) to a given day.

It would be good if we could see the picture in the body of the day and not in attachment of it.

I like the app but i dont use it everyday. So when I go to add in entries, I am not always able to change the date. Sometimes it works, most times it doesnt. Please fix this...

If I could rate this higher I would! I love this app so much, I dont use it everyday. But the way you can chaNge its fonts and put pictures in it is great! I also aprecheate that you con put a lock on it! I hope it has updates in the future

I love simple apps. Too many widgets and gadgets makes an app slow an frustrating to deal with. But this app is faster then I expected! Sleek looking and easy to use, I adore it!

The diary is great! It may not be good for everyone but I really like it!

Easy way to jot down notes especially when youre dealing with depression so that you have a easy way to journalize your symptoms

Ive tried journaling so many times over the years but couldnt get into the habit. This APP makes it so easy. Really like this one :) its very user-friendly with not a lot of fancy useless stuff. I have the same problem as an earlier reviewer. If you dont use every day it is difficult and sometimes impossible to change the date. Hopefully you are able to fix this.

Handy little tool. Useful and easy to use for those that need to create a daily log.

I love this app. I love the layout, the option to chose date and time and to lock. Easy and quick if I just want to diarize something to remember or share my thoughts from the day. Wish I could back up so I could save and print.
